In trading on Tuesday, the iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF (ITB) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Trex (TREX), up about 5.3% and shares of Toll Brothers (TOL), up about 4.6% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the iShares Cohen & Steers REIT ETF (ICF), off about 1.9% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Tuesday were shares of Ventas (VTR), lower by about 4.2%, and shares of HCP (HCP), lower by about 3.1% on the day.
