Paramus REIT leases 470K sq. ft. to Amazon in NYC

Paramus-based Vornado Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust, announced Friday that it has completed a 17-year lease with Amazon for 470,000 square feet at an office building in the Penn Plaza District of New York City.Vornado currently owns approximately 9 million square feet of commercial space in the Penn Plaza District. Amazon will be located at 7 West 34^th St.
