Google has turned out to be India’s most attractive company while Asian Paints is the country’s best known company, according to a survey.
According to Randstad India’s ‘India Country Report 2015’ released today, the companies were selected based on 10 factors ranging from financial health, long-term job security, interesting job content to strong management among others.
The survey places emphasis on key drivers of talent attraction within India and across the world. As many as 23 countries from Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas where Randstad has a presence participated in the survey.
In each country, 150 large companies with 1000 plus employees were chosen for the survey. More emphasis was placed on people under the age of 40 because the survey’s main target audience is potential employees, says a company release. Around 8,560 potential job seekers and employees aged between 18 and 65 were surveyed.
Salary and employee benefits remain the top factors which influenced the choice of employers.
