| Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 5th March 2015 directors of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 2nd March 2015 he/she acquired granted shares under the deferred and conditional remuneration plan (first, second and third cycle) in the number of: 1) 25,850 shares in the first cycle, 19,226 shares in the second cycle, 18,216 shares in the third cycle, 2) 4,458 shares in the first cycle, 6,607 shares in the second cycle, 5,262 shares in the third cycle, 3) 10,664 shares in the third cycle. Furthermore, on 5th March the director of the bank notified Bank, that on 2nd March his connected person acquired granted shares under the deferred and conditional remuneration plan in the number of: 25,850 shares in the first cycle, 19,226 shares in the second cycle, 18,216 shares in the third cycle.
