Tesla Motors Inc. (TSLA) Is Climbing After Massachusetts Court Ruling

The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled in favor of Tesla Motors Inc. (TSLA) after the close Monday. Tesla will now be able to use company-owned stores in Massachusetts to sell direct to consumers.

Tesla has been gaining ground since the open Tuesday and is now up 4.83 at $258.69. The stock is attempting to rebound from yesterday's sharp sell-off.
