PILLAGER - Ashley Hanson was 4-4 with three RBIs to lead the Pillager Huskies in an 11-8 victory over the Staples-Motley Cardinals Friday.
Summer Alexander was 3-4 and tallied two doubles for the Huskies. Brooke Hunstad struck out five on the mound and allowed just two hits and one run to get the win.
Staples-Motley's Nikki Edin went 2-2 scoring two runs, with an RBI and a double for the Cardinals.
