United-Guardian announced that Renacidin Irrigation (citric acid, glucono delta-lactone, magnesium carbonate) is available again after a series of manufacturing issues.

There was a temporary suspension in its production due to regulatory and manufacturing issues that caused Renacidin Irrigation to be unavailable for over a year.

Renacidin Irrigation is indicated for dissolution of renal or bladder calculi composed of apatite or struvite in select patients, as adjunct to dissolve apatite or struvite calculi after surgery or to achieve partial dissolution prior to surgical removal, and for prevention of incrustations of indwelling urinary tract catheters.
