Aviation repair company signs 83,011-square-foot Miami lease

Two industrial buildings in the Miami Airport West area are now fully occupied following a large lease deal with an aviation repair company.

Professional Technology Repairs inked an 83,011-square-foot deal at the Prologis Beacon Lakes Business Park, State Street Realty executive vice president Ed Lyden said in a statement cited by the Daily Business Review.

The business park features more than 6.8 million square feet of Class A warehouse space on 436 acres.

“We have seen a robust interest in the Airport West-Doral submarket, which is a direct correlation to the positive attributes of the area and a healthy indication some industry sectors are rebounding,” Lyden said. [Daily Business Review] – Christopher Cameron
