Urologix named Scott M. Madson CFO, effective April 1.
Mr. Madson most recently provided finance and accounting management consulting services through his company, Madson Consulting. He has more than 30 years of experience in public and private company financial leadership and has previously served as vice president, controller and chief accounting officer for Universal Hospital Services.
Urologix develops, markets and distributes minimally invasive medical products for the treatment of obstruction and symptoms due to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
