FLEXI Careers India, a social enterprise of AVTAR Career Creators, is organising its 11th edition of SEGUE Sessions on March 31 in Chennai.
According to a press release, the event will provide a platform for women planning to return to the workforce after a break in their careers. Companies such as Ford and Vodafone will be participating in the event and a series of skill-building workshops will be conducted.
The programme enables them to understand career development and career transition options from industry experts, added the press note. FLEXI Careers India has been conducting SEGUE Sessions since December 2011 across various metros in India.
In the earlier sessions, the release said, companies such as Microsoft, Capgemini, Vodafone, BA Continuum (Bank of America), Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Cognizant, IBM, Deutsche Bank Group, PepsiCo India, Genpact and IDFC participated.
