Middlefield Banc Corp. Wednesday declared a quarterly cash dividend of 26 cents per share on its common stock, payable on March 15 to shareholders of record on March 2. Middlefield Banc Corp., based in Middlefield, is a multibank holding company with total assets of more than $654 million. Its subsidiary, the Middlefield Banking Co., operates full service banking centers and an LPL Financial brokerage office serving Chardon, Cortland, Garrettsville, Mantua, Middlefield, Newbury and Orwell.
