A Bronx woman says she was scared half to death by a giant “shockvertisement” for the serial killer TV show “Dexter” — and her terror made her take a tumble at the Grand Central subway station.

Ajanaffy Njewadda is suing the city, MTA, Showtime and CBS Outdoor Americas for allegedly freaking her out so much that she fell and injured herself midstairwell on June 20, 2013.

The unsettling image of actor Michael C. Hall’s face was disorienting and unsafe, her attorney Rehan Nazrali says.

“The sight of the photograph startled, shocked and overwhelmed” Njewadda, the lawyer wrote in the Bronx Supreme Court lawsuit.

The ad aims to exact “a violent, disturbing and shocking reaction in commuters” he added.

He’s suing on behalf of Njewadda and her husband, Sheik Ahmad Tejan Wadda, a former diplomat from Gambia.

Njewadda had a fracture in her right foot and suffered a sprained ankle.

The fall occurred when she turned behind her to look for her husband and then faced forward to continue walking.

“In her mind, something seemed to be coming out of the steps. It disoriented her as much as it scared her,” the lawyer said.

The suit seeks unspecified damages.
