New Production Line from China Shengda Packaging’s Subsidiary

Zhejiang Great Shengda Packaging, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a paper packaging specialist, China Shengda Packaging, has unveiled a new production line for die-cutting, slotting and five-color flexo printing.

Great Shengda’s line has started production in July 2011 and will reach the 75% target utilization rate before September.

The fully-automated line is installed with the state-of-the art equipment that meets the international standards for safety and quality. It is anticipated to minimize waste and enhance efficiency. The line will improve the production capacity by 30 million sq.m for die-cutting, slotting and five-color flexo printing. Great Shengda’s new line will help to fill the orders of the existing customers within a few months of operation.

CEO of China Shengda Packaging, Mr. Daliang Teng remarked that the new production line upgrades Great Shengda’s technology and enables the company to offer superior quality products, increase efficiency and complete orders faster.
