Another oil terminal for Vancouver?

VANCOUVER (AP) — An energy company is seeking approval from Vancouver to convert its existing facility to handle crude oil by trains.

The Columbian reports that NuStar Energy L.P. is proposing to handle about 22,000 barrels of crude oil a day at the Port of Vancouver.
