More broadly, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 1.2%, the Nasdaq climbed 1.0% and the S&P 500 pushed 1.2% higher.

• Vonage Holdings (VG): VG stock is up 6.2% today.

• Mobile Telesystems (MBT): MBT stock is up 4.3% today.

• Oi S.A. Ads (OIBR): OIBR stock is up 4.0% today.

• Post Properties (PPS): PPS stock is up 3.3% today on 2 times normal volume.

• Ultrapar Participacoes S.A. (UGP): UGP stock is up 3.3% today.

• Health Care REIT (HCN): HCN stock is up 3.1% today.

• Atlantic Tele-Network (ATNI): ATNI stock is up 3.0% today.

• Howard Hughes Corp (HHC): HHC stock is up 2.9% today.

• National Retail Properties (NNN): NNN stock is up 2.9% today.

• Realty Income Corp (O): O stock is up 2.9% today.

Some of the biggest losers among services stocks include:

• Ebay Inc (EBAY): EBAY stock is down 1.8% today.

• Groupon Inc (GRPN): GRPN stock is down 1.4% today.

• World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE): WWE stock is down 1.4% today.

• Metaldyne Performance Group Inc (MPG): MPG stock is down 1.3% today.

• Scripps Networks Interactive Inc (SNI): SNI stock is down 1.3% today.

• Cato Corp (CATO): CATO stock is down 1.3% today.

• Bob Evans Farms (BOBE): BOBE stock is down 1.2% today and down 22.2% in the last month.

• The Cheesecake Factory Inc (CAKE): CAKE stock is down 1.1% today.

• Men’s Wearhouse (MW): MW stock is down 1.1% today.

• The Advisory Board Company (ABCO): ABCO stock is down 1.1%, marking the third consecutive day the stock has decreased.
