Ironside makes Pools move

Hartlepool have signed forward Joe Ironside on loan from Sky Bet League One outfit Sheffield United.

The 21-year-old has spent much of the 2014/15 campaign on loan at non-league side Alfreton, where he has scored four goals in 16 matches.
Ironside, who will remain at Victoria Park until December 31, is available for Pools' clash with York on Saturday.
