The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A. and attorney Craig Goldenfarb are pleased to announce the addition of Jeffrey D. Kirby, Esq. to the personal injury litigation team.

In his role as a civil trial lawyer with our firm, Mr. Kirby will be litigating personal injury cases on behalf of clients and their families who were harmed, injured, or killed by the negligence actions of another person, business, or organization.

Jeff Kirby is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, and the Florida Bar. Mr. Kirby graduated with his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, and his Juris Doctor from Samford University Cumberland School of Law. He has been admitted to practice law in Florida since 1990.

Mr. Kirby began his career in personal injury law immediately following law school as a defense lawyer for the insurance industry. Despite a successful career in defense, he made the switch to representing Plaintiffs in 2000. For 15 years, Mr. Kirby has represented the interests and rights of the injured throughout South Florida as a personal injury Plaintiff's lawyer.

Prior to joining Craig Goldenfarb's office, Jeff Kirby was a shareholder with Goldman & Daszkal. During his career, Mr. Kirby has secured several multi-million verdicts and settlements for injured clients, including a $4.4 million settlement in the case of a pedestrian who was struck by a bucket truck (Daniel Lima v. Pro Tech Inc., Gregory Electric Inc. and Bellsouth/AT&T, 2012).

Mr. Kirby joins a litigation team in West Palm Beach that has served clients and their families who have been injured or killed in auto accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse and neglect for almost 15 years.
