Module manufacturer Trina Solar will offer installers demonstrations and advice about its Trinasmart range during Solar Energy UK in Birmingham.

The company’s high-performance Honey M range will also be on show.

Trinasmart is a performance optimiser integrated into Trina Solar’s monocrystalline Honey M module range. It enables panel-level monitoring, full module optimisation, control of arrays at modular level and can increase system performance by up to 20%, according to the company.

“To-date, the commercial sector in the UK has lagged behind that of our European counterparts, but with recent commitments by the British Government to boosting PV take-up in the sector, we predict rapid growth in the UK commercial space,” said Richard Rushin, UK sales manager, Trina Solar and board member of the Solar Trade Association. “But for this to happen, solar manufacturers need to support installers to help them develop their product knowledge and technical skills and provide their customers with high-quality service,” he said.

“Manufacturers must show confidence in the growing UK installer community by having a strong presence on the ground and supporting local businesses and events, which is why events such as Solar Energy UK are so important,” he added.

Alongside product presentations, Trina Solar will be sponsoring the show’s Installer Central feature area, helping installers get the most out of the company’s product range.

Trina Solar will be exhibiting on stand A11 at SEUK.
