MANITOWOC - Manitowoc Foodservice says they will be permanently eliminating 15 positions this summer.The ice manufacturing facility, located at 2110 South 26th Street, says the layoffs will happen on Jul17, 2015.Bay Area Workforce Development Board staff will provide assistance to the workers.
