NetBoss XT provides end-to-end visibility of network health while NetBoss StateWise adds topology-based correlation and root cause analysis for the DWDM and IP/MPLS network segments. The new Smartflow application regulates, enriches, and reduces the massive amount of event messages that today's complex networks generate, resulting in more precise information to improve efficiency of network operations staff. NetBoss XT is also connected to AXTEL's trouble ticketing system for rapid ticket generation, while the NetBoss XT Executive Dashboard is used to bring summary KPI and Service Impact information on broadband services to managers and executives in an interactive and mobile format.
