Washington County sheriff's deputies arrested two Portland men early Friday morning after they fled deputies in Oak Hills and crashed a car reported stolen into a ditch on Highway 26 west of Stafford Road.

Josiah Kezelee Pierce, 22, and Thuy Nguyen, 39, both of Portland, were both jailed on various charges after the incident. Deputies found heroin and methamphetamine in the vehicle.
