Guzzetta announced that he will retire as Vice President, Engineering and Water Quality of California Water Service Group (the "Company"), effective August 1, 2014. Paul G. Townsley, Vice President of Regulatory Matters and Corporate Relations of the Company, will assume Mr. Guzzetta's duties with respect to engineering matters and Timothy D.
