SWISHER HYGIENE INC. FILES (8-K) Disclosing Change in Directors or Principal Officers(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. Pursuant to the Employment Agreement between Swisher Hygiene Inc. (the "Company") and William M. Pierce, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, dated October 16, 2013, as renewed and amended (the "Employment Agreement"), on November 3, 2014, the Compensation Committee reviewed Mr. Pierce's annual base salary and approved an increase to $400,000, effective January 1, 2015. The Compensation Committee's action was ratified by the Board of Directors at its meeting also held on November 3, 2014. Prior to January 1, 2015 when Mr. Pierce's adjusted base salary becomes effective, the Company expects to enter into an amendment to the Employment Agreement to memorialize the terms set forth above. 2-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
