Needham & Company initiates coverage on comScore (NASDAQ: SCOR) with a Buy rating and a price target of $66.00.
Analyst Laura Martin commented, " We initiate coverage of ComScore (SCOR) with a BUY rating and $66 target price, up 18% from current levels. SCOR has been the leader in online measurement since 2000. We see SCOR as a way to play 3 key trends: 1) the increasingly global nature of content and ad campaigns; 2) a product mix shift toward mobile and video measurement, which aids margins; and 3) upside potential of new products that look priced to rise (uncapped) with online advertising growth. If SCOR can grow its share from today’s 1.5% of revenue measured to NLSN’s 3% of revenue measured, this suggests a doubling of SCOR’s revenue and share price upside."
