Integrys Energy plans earnings conference call

CHICAGO – Integrys Energy Group Inc., parent company of Wisconsin Public Service Corp., Green Bay, scheduled an earnings conference call for 10 a.m. Aug. 7.

Second-quarter earnings will be announced after the market closes on Aug. 6.

Access to the conference is available by calling 888-788-9425. The passcode is "Earnings" and the call leader is Steven Eschbach. A webcast of the event will be available at www.integrysgroup.com/investor/presentations.aspx.

A replay of the call will be available until Nov. 5 at 888-403-4662.

Integrys Energy Group also owns Integrys Energy Services of De Pere, Upper Peninsula Power Co. of Houghton, Mich., and natural gas distribution companies in Minnesota, Michigan and Illinois. It is the largest stakeholder in American Transmission Co.

Integrys announced June 23 that it agreed to be acquired by We Energies of Milwaukee in a $9.1 billion deal expected to close in summer 2015. The deal requires regulatory approvals.
