Grand opening for California Tractor Supply Company

The store opened for business Monday at 1625 W. Hayden Ave, off 11th Avenue just south of Highway 198.

To celebrate the grand opening of the store, shoppers will receive 10 percent off their first purchase, up to $100, and can enter to win prizes including store gift cards, pet food, clothing, power tools and a lawn mower. Free Tractor Supply caps will also be given away while supplies last.

The grand opening event Saturday will feature local 4-H and FFA, a food truck, shaved ice and livestock. There will also be a ribbon cutting with the Chamber of Commerce at 8 a.m.  Regular operating hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays.

The Hanford location is Tractor Supply’s 40th store in California and employs 17.
