Colliers sells 181,000-square-foot industrial building for 2.89M

The Mount Laurel office of Seattle-based Colliers International announced Wednesday it has concluded the sale of 7 Esterbrook Road, in Cherry Hill, the former location for Oki Data, InTest and Computer Sciences. It was purchased on speculation by Missouri-based Covington Group Inc. for $2.89 million.According to the announcement, the seller, Prudential Commercial Property Holding Co., was represented by Colliers’ Marc Isdaner, while Covington Group was represented by Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz.
