ITC Holdings Issues 2015 Operating EPS Guidance - Quick Facts

ITC Holdings Corp. (ITC) issued initial operating earnings guidance for 2015 in the range of $2.00 to $2.15 per share. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report 2015 earnings per share of $2.09. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

ITC said its aggregate capital investments for 2015 are expected to be in the range of $710 to $810 million, which includes capital investments at operating subsidiaries of $170 to $200 million at ITCTransmission, $150 to $170 million at METC, $380 to $405 million at ITC Midwest, $10 to $25 million at ITC Great Plains and up to $10 million of Development.
