Ctrip.com International Ltd. (CTRP) Is Sinking On Weak Q4 Outlook

Ctrip.com International Ltd. (CTRP) reported third quarter EPS of $0.36 after the bell Tuesday, compared to $0.51 a year ago. Analysts expected EPS of $0.20.

Looking ahead to the fourth quarter, Ctrip.com forecasts net revenue growth of about 30 percent from the prior year. Analysts expect the company to report 32.5 percent growth in revenues.

Ctrip.com has gapped open sharply lower Wednesday morning and is now down 6.46 at $52.00 on above average volume. The stock has dropped to a month and a half low.
