A quaint cottage in Co Down costing £50,000 and a £2m plot of land in a swanky part of Belfast are up for grabs at a property auction next month.

Agents Osborne King hope to sell off more than 40 separate lots on June 23.

They include everything from a potential retail bargain - a three-storey, £20,000 building in Larne - to a large Belfast city centre office development.

Westgate House in Queen Street is on offer at a maximum reserve of £750,000.

Sitting at the junction of Queen Street and Castle Street, it is close to Ladbrokes, Craftworld and Poundstretcher.

Meanwhile, an area of land with planning permission for eight homes in an upmarket part of south Belfast is for sale.

The site at Dub Lane on the Malone Road has already been given the green light for eight properties.

And in Katesbridge Co Down, Kate's Cottage 3 has gone on sale for £50,000.

It's a semi-detached holiday cottage with open plan living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and mezzanine above the reception area.

Those selling the stone-clad building say it "has been finished to a good standard and benefits from oil fired central heating".

Meanwhile, in Coleraine, a once prominent business park is being sold with a maximum reserve of £450,000. The property is located on the eastern bank of the River Bann on the corner of Bannfield Road and Hanover Place.

It was once home to a KFC and JJB Sports.

In Belfast, a building on Donegall Pass which is currently home to businesses including an antiques shop and fabric firm is on with a maximum reserve of £95,000.

Elsewhere in the city, a three-storey family home in north Belfast is on the market for £105,000.

The detached, red-brick house, which has a two-storey extension, includes a large garden area, two living rooms, kitchen, utility room on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a further two bedrooms on the second floor.

And for anyone looking at a holiday home, a large two-storey detached house in Co Donegal could be bought for as little as £75,000. The four-bedroom home, which is close to Lifford, includes two reception rooms, a spacious kitchen and dining room, along with a sun room.

The auction will take place at 11am at the Clayton Hotel on Ormeau Avenue on June 23.
