'How many promises he fulfilled?': Priyanka Gandhi's all-out attack on PM
Ahead of the first phase of polling for the Lok Sabha polls, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and questioned the success of his government's schemes. In an exclusive interview to India Today TV/ Aajtak, she said, "The PM talked about giving two crore jobs per year, 10 years have passed. Did anyone get any job?" On the BJP's question about Congress's contribution to the country, she further continued that her family has sacrificed a lot for the nation, even to the extent of "dying for the country". In the interview, Priyanka Gandhi also shrugged off actor and BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut’s remarks on the Gandhi siblings, saying she didn’t want to react to "nonsense". "We are thankful that she is talking about us" and asked "Do you want me to reply to every nonsense she utters?" Priyanka Gandhi said.
