* According to sources, Indrani is still not ready to accept her role in the murder. She has told police that she did call Sheena and met her over a cup of coffee for an hour. Then next day Sheena left for US. When confronted that Sheena's passport was with Rahul, Indrani said that Bora made another passport. According to Indrani, Mikhail or Rahul must have killed Sheena.

* Sanjeev Khanna in his statement to police has said that Indrani was in touch with him and he came to Mumbai on April 24, only after getting a call from Indrani. According to Khanna, he stopped Indrani from killing Mikhail. Khanna said, "I am involved only in disposing off the body. I got involved because Indrani told me that if Sheena would have got married to Rahul, Vidhie's life would have been ruined as there will be more people who claim property share."

* First eye witness in Sheena Bora murder case speaks exclusively to India Today. "I saw the body first and informed the police. There were no clothes on the body and it was completely charred," the eye witness said.

* Ganesh Dhene, a village official in Pen tehsil of Raigad district, who has been Police Patil since 2011, remembered that the body was buried near a mango tree in 2012, which helped identify the spot and led the team there. * Sheena Bora's brother Mikhail said that just hours before Indrani and Sanjeev Khanna met Sheena Bora on April 24, 2012 and took her for what would be the last drive of her life, Indrani had also allegedly drugged him.

* Mikhail has claimed that on the pretext of discussing a property deal, he was given a spiked drink in his hotel room in Worli by Indrani and Sanjeev, who then left to meet and murder Sheena.

* Rahul Mukerjea, who was secretly engaged to Bora when she was killed, was asked by the police why he didn't push harder when he was told by her mother that she had moved to the US.
