Sheena Bora murder: Crucial eyewitness account may seal Indrani's fate
The statement, which may prove crucial in the sensational murder case, is of Sandeep Patil who works as a gym instructor for the last 5 years in Raigadh.
The CBI has managed to record the statement of an eyewitness who said he saw Indrani Mukherjea, Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyamvar Rai in Raigadh on the day Sheena Bora was murdered.
The statement, which may prove crucial in the sensational murder case, is of Sandeep Patil who works as a gym instructor for the last 5 years in Raigad.

Patil says in his statement that he identified Indrani and others on TV in August this year when news broke about the Sheena Bora murder case. Sandeep remembered that he had seen them on April 25, 2012 at around 5 am at Raigadh when he was commuting on his bike.
"When I read the news on local newspaper as well as watching on TV in the last week of August 2015, in my aforesaid gym regarding the murder of Sheena Bora and also heard about the disposal of her body at Gagode Khind located at Khapoli Pen Road, I came to know and remembered about the visit of the three persons (two male and one female) at the said place at around sunrise on 24.4.2012 by Chevrolet car. I identified them after going through their face on TV and newspapers. They were the same persons who were seen by me at the said place while I was coming back on my aforesaid motorcycle from village Tiruwalli on 25.4.2012 as I had left my village around 5 am on the said date for hiring Tempo for bringing the articles of my gym. The said car was parked by the side of the road. All the aforesaid three persons hurriedly alighted from the said car and stood silently," Sandeep Patil said in his statement.

After identifying the suspects, the eyewitness went to Khar police station and registered his statement and then CBI too recorded his statement.
"There after, I was taken to Byculla jail where I identified that lady during TIP to whom I saw that day," the eyewitness added in his statement.
