On April 8th, the SEC designated a longer time period to determine whether to approve or disapprove NASDAQ OMX PHLX's proposed expansion of the number of components in the PHLX Oil Service Sector known as OSXSM, on which options are listed and traded. The SEC will decide by June 15, 2011 whether to approve or disapprove the proposal. SEC Release No. 34-64282.
