Noteworthy Tuesday Option Activity: CAT, RH, LEN

Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, we saw noteworthy options trading volume today in Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT), where a total of 17,394 contracts have traded so far, representing approximately 1.7 million underlying shares. Especially high volume was seen for the $87.50 strike call option expiring February 17, 2017, with 2,026 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 202,600 underlying shares of CAT.
