(OTCPink:LRDR), announces the resignation of Robert Gardner as CEO and as sole officer and director of the company and the appointment of Geoffrey Nunoo as CEO and sole officer and director. Mr. Nunoo has become not only the CEO but also the controlling shareholder of the company. Further, the company announces the acquisition of a gold and diamond mining concession based in the Western Region of Ghana.
