Apollo Global Management Q2 Net Income Decreases - Quick Facts

Apollo Global Management, LLC (APO) reported second quarter net income to company of $56.4 million compared to $71.7 million, a year ago. Net income available to Class A share was $0.30 compared to $0.33. Economic net income was $154.7 million or $0.38 per share, for the quarter.

On average, 15 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit per share of $0.35 for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Total revenues decreased to $351.73 million from $572.15 million, a year ago. Analysts expected revenue of $344.54 million for the quarter.

Apollo Global Management, LLC has declared a second quarter 2015 cash distribution of $0.42 per Class A share. The distribution will be paid on August 31, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business on August 18, 2015.
