The ENSCO product, Digital Track Notebook® will provide track inspectors at G&W-owned railroads with a web-based application to conduct track inspections electronically.

ENSCO, Inc., is proud to announce that ENSCO Rail has received a contract to provide a paperless track inspection solution to Genesee & Wyoming Railroad Services, Inc. (G&W). The ENSCO product, Digital Track Notebook® will provide track inspectors at G&W-owned railroads with a web-based application to conduct track inspections electronically. The web application features include the ability to automatically schedule inspections based on federal and railroad specific schedule requirements, to log inspections and defects electronically, and to create inspection reports for the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and Transport Canada. Additionally, the application allows upper management to create and review performance reports.
