Millennium Healthcare, a medical device developer and manufacturer, will undergo a structural reorganization and company relaunch as it seeks to leverage the strength of its large physician network.
Under the reorganization, newly appointed CEO Louis Resweber will reshuffle company operations into two distinct divisions. Millennium Services Division will offer value-added management consulting and business development services to physicians, and Millennium Products Division will continue to manufacture and sell medical devices.
The company has also contracted with third party distribution networks to manage operating costs moving forward.
"Millennium's core strength is its own propriety coalition of doctors, PCP practices, clinics and hospitals," Mr. Resweber said. "With that said, our very next goal will be to build upon this rock-solid backbone, and further expand upon Millennium's alliance of practitioners on the East Coast, by replicating this same path to success in the southeastern and Gulf south regions of the nation."
