PPL Corp. unveils investor relations app

The investor relations app, developed with longtime partner PR Newswire and theIRapp, allows users to navigate the company’s investor relations materials as well as receive stock quotes and important stock information. The app features the latest news releases and SEC filings as well as webcasts and presentations from PPL.
“This is PPL Corp.’s first app,” Santana said. “Since investors are our key audiences this made sense to us to provide this in an easy to read format.”
Investors can share functionality through email, Twitter and Facebook and be notified on their devices when new information is posted to the app.
PR Newswire is a long-time partner of PPL Corp. and theIRapp is an investor relations app, Santana said.
