Leipzig/Langen, 09 May 2017 -publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has purchased the contemporary office park "Emilia" in Langen, its 588th property. Situated in the heart of the Rhine/Main area, the multi-tenant property boasts outstanding access to the surrounding area.

The office park has 37,922 square metres of office space and is situated on a 33,809 square metre plot of land. A total of 616 underground and outdoor parking spaces round off the property. The anchor tenant is Henry Schein, an international provider of medical products, services and equipment. Other tenants in the property are Deutsche Flugsicherung, Commerzbank and Panasonic.

Langen is situated in the Rhine/Main area between Frankfurt/Main and Darmstadt. On account of multiple local retail centres and excellent access to the A3, A5 and A661 motorways, the location is ideal for office concepts. Over 2,900 companies are based in Langen.

With a team headed by Lead Partner Frank Schneider, the law firm of CMS Hasche Sigle provided comprehensive legal advice for the transaction, including project control and legal due diligence. albrings + müller ag was responsible for technical project organisation and for preparing the technical due diligence. NAI Apollo Group brokered the deal.
