AeroVironment Inc. (AVAV) Has Dropped To A New Low After Q1 Loss

AeroVironment Inc. (AVAV) reported a first quarter adjusted loss of $0.24 per share after the close Tuesday, compared to the loss of $0.18 per share last year. Analysts expected a loss of $0.15 per share.

AeroVironment has gapped open sharply lower Wednesday morning and is now down 2.25 at $21.13 on above average volume. The stock has dropped below a week and a half long trading range and has set a new low for the year.
