Patrick Industries Inc. (PATK) announced Tuesday morning that it has completed its acquisition of the business and certain assets of North American Forest Products Inc. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to 2015 net income per share.
Patrick Industries climbed until around 1:30PM Tuesday, before profit taking set in. Shares finished with a gain of 4.74 at $42.53 on the highest volume of the year. The stock broke out to a 4-month high.
