Description
Never knowing that her parents are still alive, Taeyeon grows up to be an orphan who lives with a lady whom she refer to as Aunt Eunsoo. Not knowing much about her real background, Taeyeon lives day by day as an orphan who helps out Eunsoo with her farm business. One day, Taeyeon is tricked by Eunsoo to travel to Seoul with two strangers for work. Upon reaching Seoul, Taeyeon finds out that her aunt had sold her to the two men. Scared and confused, Taeyeon is able to escape from the two strangers with a help from a middle aged lady named Sooae who apparently is a cop.
Sehun comes from a lineage of police men. His father and grandfather before him were successful and well known police men who vowed to protect Seoul. Married with a child, Sehun's wife Naeun leaves him one day due to selfishness. Being a single father is hard and stressful which then leads Sehun to search for a stay home nanny to help care for his child.
Escaping with Sooae and definitely not wanting to return to live with her Aunt Eunsoo, Sooae offers to help hide Taeyeon within Sehun's household until they capture the men who planned to sell Taeyeon.

Characters:
Kim Taeyeon: she was separated from her mother at birth. Never knowing who her father or mother were, Taeyeon grows up to be an orphan living with Eunsoo on a farm far away from Seoul. Taeyeon is what one would say, someone with a lot of bad luck. At the age of 22, Eunsoo tricks Taeyeon into leaving with two strangers to Seoul for work. Upon reaching to Seoul, she finds out the truth about why she was there and tries to escape. Failing to do so, Taeyeon meets up with a middle aged lady named Sooae who was mistaken to be a young woman. Sooae ends up helping Taeyeon (along with the few captured girls) escape from their prison. Scared and confused as to why her aunt sold her, Taeyeon refuses to go back to live with Eunsoo.
Oh Sehun: He comes from a lineage of police men. Because of that, Sehun is known as one of the top notch police man in Seoul. Sehun's wife Naeun leaves him one day due to selfishness and leaves their 5 year old daughter Hyemi with him. Shortly after his divorce, Sehun finds out that being a single father and a top notch police man was tiring so he goes out his way to search for a stay home nanny to help take care of his daughter while he is away at work.
Byun Baekhyun: He is one of Taeyeon's childhood friend. At a young age, Baekhyun's family makes the decision to move away from the countryside to Seoul. On that particular day, Baekhyun promised Taeyeon that no matter what, he'll come back to find her. He works in the police force alongside Sehun and Sooae and is Sehun's best friend.
