FedEx Corporation (FDX) is teaming up with eBay Inc (EBAY) on a drop-off location deal.

FedEx, eBay, FDX

The deal will make it so that eBay sellers can drop off items at FedEx Office locations and have them shipped to an eBay Valet processing center. The item will be listed and sold to a buyer and the seller will see funds from the transaction once it’s been completed.

FedEx and eBay’s new deal is designed to make it easier for sellers to get their items to customers. The drop-off deal even allows them to send bulky items, such as golf clubs, so they are shipped easier once the sale has taken place.

“As a pioneer in peer-to-peer selling, eBay understands that ease and flexibility are critical for consumers looking to sell online,” Laura Chambers, Vice President of Consumer Selling at eBay, said in a statement. “That’s why we’re investing in solutions and offerings that streamline every stage of the selling process.”
