hybris software, an SAP company, today announced it will host its annual Americas Customer Days and Game Plan B2B Conference from October 19-23 in Fort Worth, TX at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.
The Americas Customer Days event will gather hybris’ customers and partners to share best practices and learn about the company’s strategic direction for 2016 as it relates to commerce and customer engagement. Discussing the company’s latest innovations, several SAP hybris executives will take the stage, including President Carsten Thoma, Chief Strategy Officer Brian Walker, VP of Commerce & Cloud Strategy Stefan Schmidt as well as Global Vice President of Customer Management Robert Werkema. During his session, Schmidt will reveal the results from the pre-event Hackathon powered by the recently announced SAP hybris-as-a-Service (YaaS).
Additional expert-led sessions on the agenda include a presentation on “Diving into the Future – Creating an Inspiring Customer Experience” from Futurist and Author Mike Walsh, as well as a discussion on customer engagement trends led by Connie Moore, senior vice president of research at Digital Clarity Group. Notable hybris customers from leading brands – including TUMI, Lexmark, Adobe, EMC, Amtrak – will also address the crowd, delving into their success stories with hybris technology and best practices for engaging customers.
During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to witness various technology demonstrations and network with key leaders in commerce, marketing, sales, service and billing. Additionally, the hybris Labs showcase will feature innovative approaches to combining technological novelties with common retail scenarios to create an exciting and unique shopping experience.
On Wednesday, the venue will transform for the Game Plan B2B Conference, an industry event that brings together B2B commerce, marketing, sales and service leaders for two days of peer networking, expert-led breakout sessions, case study presentations and workshops. It will offer attendees the knowledge to successfully manage their companies’ digital transformation. Throughout the event, various SAP hybris executives will share the company’s latest news and B2B strategy for 2016.
The Game Plan agenda starts with a Kick-Off Party, held at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, for food, refreshments, networking and merriment. The event will also feature a keynote session on transforming the customer experience, led by Mark Thompson, CEO, best-selling author, and former Chief Customer Experience Officer at Schwab.com. During his session, Andy Hoar, principal analyst at Forrester, will reveal new research commissioned by SAP hybris, which looks at the B2B buyer across the customer journey. Several hybris customers, including Maui Jim, Mohawk Industries and Purchasing Power, will share their stories and use cases as well.
