Telephone and Data Systems Inc. (TDS) reported that its net loss attributable to TDS shareholders for the fourth quarter of 2014 widened to $16.6 million and $0.15 per share, from $6.1 million and $0.06 per share in the comparable period one year ago.
Total operating revenues was $1.297 billion, versus $1.184 billion for the comparable period one year ago.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.37 per share and revenues of $1.35 billion for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Looking ahead for 2015, the company expects total operating revenues to be in the range of $5.145 billion - $5.395 billion. Wall Street expect revenues of $5.18 billion for fiscal 2015.
