/EINPresswire.com/ -- BELOIT, WI--(Marketwired - May 24, 2016) - Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: BHWB) reports that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Company's common stock. Shareholders of record on June 6, 2016 will be paid a dividend of $0.04 per share on June 24, 2016. This amounts to $0.16 per share on an annual basis and is the ninth consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the company.
