Bassett Furniture Industries (BSET) Declares $0.08 Quarterly Dividend; Adds $14M to Buyback Plan

Bassett Furniture Industries (NASDAQ: BSET) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on November 28, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 14, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 12, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.

In addition, the Board of Directors has increased the Company's existing share repurchase authorization by approximately $14 million to a new limit of $20 million.
