The New Canaan Historical Society will celebrate its 125th anniversary with a special event which will include a tour/rally to significant car collector garages throughout the day followed by a gala at Collectors Car Garage in Bedford Hills, NY. With lead sponsors Miller Motorcars of Greenwich and Chubb/Brown Thayer Shedd on board, along with other luxury sponsors, world-class cars and high profile speakers, this is a premier gathering for car folks in the tri-county area. There will be a lot of buzz about the event and it will sell out quickly.

EVENT OVERVIEW

Morning:

‘Fuel Up’ breakfast at Miller Motorcars Stamford garage (100 Guests)

Collection of exotic cars on display hosted by Wayne Carini of Velocity Channel’s ‘Chasing Classic Cars’ to open day’s events

Late morning/Afternoon:

Curated tour of select private collection of cars/motorcycles

Guests given maps and visiting order to limit # of guests at any one time to 20/location

‘Pit Stop’ boxed picnic lunch for the road

Located throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties

Evening:

Gala celebration at Collectors’ Car Garage, Bedford Hills, NY (200 Guests)

Cocktails and seated dinner amongst a large collection of exotic, vintage & unique cars with

‘special’ cars from guests highlighted

Patrick Dempsey, Dr. McDreamy of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and noted Porsche racer, will be featured and

interviewed by emcee David Hobbs, NBC Formula One announcer and accomplished racer
